HPL fences – extra robust and durable elegance

HPL fences are absolutely waterproof and have no problems whatsoever with direct sunlight and rain as well as with high humidity. They are resistant to insect and fungal attack and frost proof. HPL privacy screens are scratch resistant and easy to clean with lukewarm water and a brush. Do not use abrasives or scouring agents when cleaning the HPL fence elements. These roughen the surface and can destroy the protective and decorative layer. We recommend removing heavy soiling with the help of a pressure washer. This way you don't have to worry about scratches and changes in gloss.

What makes the HPL fence elements so resistant?

To produce the HPL elements, several layers of wood pulp are soaked in melamine resin and shaped under pressure and heat. This creates extremely stable fence elements that are insensitive to scratches and impacts. The melamine resin in the HPL fences makes the pressed layers flame retardant. The material does not melt in the event of a fire and retains its shape for a long time. A decorative paper and a transparent overlay are inserted over the core layer, making a wide range of patterns and colours possible.
